Anniversary of the Brotherhood of PeaceThe Brotherhood of Peace celebrates its 75th anniversary and for this reason the congregation takes all year doing extraordinary activities in Sevilla. Painting and writing competitions for kids, Mass of thanksgiving, acts of the 75th anniversary commemorative exaltation, the Via Crucis, commemorative national lottery, commemorative front cover in the procession of Corpus Christi, etc. And on 13 September, takes place the most important event of the 75th anniversary commemoration of the Brotherhood of Peace: an extraordinary procession.

Extraordinary procession of Peace

So, on Saturday September 13, Our Lady will depart at 3:45 pm from the church towards the Parque de María Luisa. Around 6:30 it will be arriving at the Plaza de America, where a Mass will be held. Behind her, about 9:15, the Virgin begin the extraordinary procession will tour the most significant parts of the Maria Luisa Park and the most emblematic streets of Felipe II, ending around 2:30 am in her parish. Thus, the canopy will be about 15 hours on the street, the culmination of all the different events this year that have been held to mark the 75th anniversary of the founding of the brotherhood.
