Every Sunday of the year at the Cabildo square, Arenal quarter, from 9:00 to 14:00.
The Cabildo square, located in the famous area of el Arenal, in the old part of the city, is built on the site where once was the Colegio de San Miguel, knocked-down in the middle of the 20th century and which belonged to the cathedral chapter.
It is a few meters from the Cathedral and can be accessed via a passage in the Avenida de la Constitución, another in the Almirantazgo Street and a last down the street Arfe.
