Blog ARTSEVILLE 2016

The 2nd international fair of contemporary art ARTSevilla 2016 be held from 27 to 30 October in different places of the city: Santa Ines (main exhibition space), Faculty of fine arts of Seville (training and exhibition space), CICUS (exhibition area), three founding cultures (training and exhibition space), Valentín de Madariaga Foundation (formative Orbiter), and space Turina (training area).

ART Seville 2016 is a cultural meeting that will be held in landmarks of Seville and where will be the most relevant creations of contemporary art at the national and international level. It has a Scientific Committee and the collaboration of the University community in the field of art.

Program ART Seville 2016

Following the success of the first edition of ART Seville in 2015 that included 20 galleries, participation by professionals coming from 3 different countries and recorded 7000 visits, activities and meetings are programmed so that this new edition is also well received by the participants and visitors to the event.

Main progarmadas activities will be developed in the "Jornadas cultural on creation and restoration of the artwork": this Conference will have an inaugural lecture which will be held in the Andalusian Centre of contemporary art of Seville, debates and conferences that will take place in the Faculty of fine arts and the Turina space that will feature the participation of University students artists, cultural critics and rest of the University community of the University of fine arts of Seville.

Workshops: Contemporary ceramics, II workshop of landscape, mixed media painting techniques, from the idea to the digital graphic works and children's workshop on contemporary creation.

Entries are free and ARTSevilla 2016 hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:30 to 21:00 and on Sunday from 12:00 to 19:00 hours.
