Blog Circada 2017

From May 26 to June 11, 2017 will take place in Seville the Circada 2017 Festival, for which will be organized numerous shows and activities in different parts of the city.

Circada, the contemporary circus comes to Seville

This tenth edition of the Circada Festival will have us prepared shows both in the street and in rooms, divided into different categories:

1.-Official Circada: the official program of the event.

2.- Pre Circada: will be an introduction to the festival, prior to OFF and the official program, which will take place on May 26th, 27th and 28th, where we will enjoy workshops, shows and a circus day with family, among others.

3.-OFF Circada UNIA: shows of new talents.

4.-Circada in the Quarters: there will be performances in the outskirts of the city, bringing the contemporary circus closer to its neighbors and promoting culture in public spaces.

5.-Circulating in Metro: the hall of the metro station of Puerta de Jerez will be scene of the circus workshops with Kataplof, where every traveler of the metro or passer-by of the city can participate in activities like the unicycle, the diabolo, juggling , ... It will be held on June 1 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

In commemoration of the tenth anniversary of the Circada Festival, a special gala will be celebrated.
