This group of five Finnish artists, began his career in the early 90s with Inearthed name, but it was not until 1997 when it began to be called Children of Bodom. This name comes from the Lake Bodom located in Espoo, hometown of the components.
This is one of the greatest exponents of the Finnish pop-rock of recent decades, and although his style has changed over the years, his music is unmistakable. They began experimenting with the death / thrash to switch to black / death, with clear influence of heavy metal, which still hold today.
