The 15th National Congress of comparative education: global citizenship and education for development. An international look. It will take place from 16 to 18 November 2016 in the Univeridad Pablo de Olavide in Seville.

The Spanish society of comparative education and the Pablo de Olavide University are the two entities responsible for organizing this Conference in order to contribute knowledge to society to promote human and sustainable development of the planet.

The theme of this edition is: "Citizenship global and development education". The Congress aims to be a place of reflection on current human development and of the planet, a global vision of the importance of a sustainable development that permit to guarantee the right to have a decent planet to future generations.

Scientific knowledge will be showcased from the University that permirtan make an analysis of social reality, establish guidelines to solve social problems, educating active and raise awareness in society of the importance of their commitment to sustainable development.

The SEEC will also be an open forum where new proposals of how to improve the education of citizens around the world, and ultimately, how to improve the world in which we live will be collected.
