Easter and April Fair conditions

All reservations must be guaranteed with a VISA or Mastercard credit card or a deposit.

Sevilla Monumental Room:

The amount of the first night of stay will be charged. Non refundable amount.

If canceled or modified up to 5 days before arrival, it will be possible to modify the nights of stay and apply the amount charged to other dates during the same year.

If no-show, only the first night will be charged and the rest of the nights will be canceled. (Easter, Preferia and Feria consult conditions).

CANCELLATION POLICY NON REFUNDABLE RATE (MONUMENTAL) EASTER AND FERIA DE ABRIL OF SEVILLE

If you cancel the reservation at any time after booking or No-Show, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Deposit: The hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation at any time after booking. 100% non-refundable amount.

Dates of application: these conditions will be applicable to all reservations that occur between Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday included, and also in Feria de Abril.

For Easter, a minimum of 4 nights stay is required in all reservations that occur between Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday included.

The client will pay all of the contracted nights even if he does not stay overnight.

Classic and De Luxe Room:

Cancellation free of charge up to 2 days before the date of arrival.

If canceled or no-show, only the first night will be charged and the rest of the nights will be canceled.

Conditions for all Easter reservations (including Thursday and/or Good Friday) Feria and Pre-Feria.

All reservations require a minimum stay (check with the hotel) and a deposit for the amount of 50% of the nights of stay at the time of booking. The rest of payment ill be charged before arrival.

PCANCELLATION POLICY FLEXIBLE FARE (CLASSIC) EASTER AND FERIA DE ABRIL OF SEVILLE

• If you cancel within 3 days before the date of arrival or no show (No Show) will be penalized with 100% cancellation fees.
• If you cancel between 7 and 3 days before the date of arrival will be penalized with 50% of cancellation charges.
• If you cancel between 15 and 8 days before the date of arrival will be penalized with 25% of cancellation charges
• If you cancel between 30 and 16 days before the date of arrival will be penalized with the amount of the first night of stay as cancellation fees.
• If you cancel more than 31 days before the date of arrival you will not have cancellation fees.

Deposit: 50% of the stay will be charged at any time after booking.

Conditions for ALL rooms reserved for Easter, Feria de Abril, and Pre-Feria reservations:

The client will pay all of the contracted nights even if he does not stay overnight.
