Like every year coming Christmas it will be held the Convent Sweets Exhibition of Seville from 6 to 8 December . This traditional event in the XXIX edition will take place in the Gothic Palace Real Alcázar .

This exhibition has been doing for almost thirty years and is the largest economic income of the year for these religious orders . It was created in 1985 precisely to alleviate poor economic situation that convents were passing in those years. Participate up to 21 convents in the capital and province with their various specialties .
Some of these candy recipes are centuries old , and all are handmade and made ??with all natural products. They make jams, jellies, Mozarabic alfajores , nougat stone, quince paste , cream of potato , sweet cider , among others.
The opening of the exhibition will be 10 am to 7 pm on uninterrupted schedule. Admission will be by the Patio de Banderas.
