The photographer José Manuel Ballester comes to Seville to present "World Map", an exhibition about topics of everyday life such as cities, museums and industrial units which he has photographed during his trips to Brazil, China, U.S., Netherlands and Canada in the last years. Therefore, World Map is the title of the exhibition.
Born in Madrid in 1960, and National Photography Award in 2010, Ballester started in the world of painting, but soon changed to photography. For him, painting and photography are more united than ever, thanks to new technologies.
Ballester has always been interested in issues such as the everyday, and even vulgar issues because, according to him, is the light that can give more meaning.
