Always supportive and committed to society, this Madrid-born singer began singing in the 1990s in the bars of the capital. This soon led to a struggle between the young singer-songwriters against the current political situation. Thus, Ismael Serrano released his first album "Atrapados en Azul" in 1997. It was the beginning of his career, he has managed to get his messages from Spain to Latin America, becoming an important figure for them in such a way that he has been awarded as Guest of Honour of the city of Buenos Aires and Santa Fe, Argentina and honored by the departmental board of Montevideo in Uruguay.

He has also worked as an actor and composer, nominated in 2001 for the Goya Awards for Best Original Song for the song "KM. 0 and the 2001 Latin Grammy Awards for Best Sound Engineering.
