Blog VI Congress Reps Seville 2017

During the days 16th and 17th of February 2017, will take place in Seville the VI Congress of the Spanish Network of Social Policy (REPS).

This Congress, organized by the Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Seville, will serve as a point of encounter and exchange of knowledge in social policies for scholars and professionals of the sector.

Following the crisis that has happened in Spain since 2008 until our days and social impact that this entails, raised diverse social situations with which this Congress aims to help influence the development of social policies and contribute to greater social awareness too, hence the emblem of this Congress: "negotiate the future. Debate for a new consensus on welfare".

Talks revolve around various social topics including some such as employment, immigration, poverty and social rights in the South of Spain among others.
