Blog XXV anniversary of the Expo '92

From the 20th of April to the 12th of October, an exhibition will be held to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Expo'92 in Seville.

The main objective of this exhibition is to show the amazing importance and growth that the EXPO'92 meant for Spain, Andalusia and mainly for Seville, but also aims to recall the activity that took place inside that venue and try to achieve full integration Of the island in the city.

It is of special mention to indicate that, of all the pavilions that still are conserved in the enclosure of the Island of the Cartuja, will be the Pavilion of the Navigation that presides the seat of the exhibition.

Among the various ways of commemorating this anniversary will be:

- The cover of the April Fair inspired by this event.

- A meeting on June 9th of all the people who worked at the Expo.

- Various cycles of conferences, round tables and open days in emblematic pavilions.

- Two matches where the two football teams of the city join the event where the presence of Curro (well-known mascot of the Expo) will be indisputable.

- Multitude of concerts, tributes and a photographic exhibition in the Avenue of the Constitution and another one of posters in the Ateneo.
