We are starting the new year with the thirty-sixth edition of the Cross Internacional de Itálica in the town of Santiponce, Seville.

This is one of the best known races and occupies second place in the ranking of the Spanish Athletics Federation.

The departure will be from 08:50 hours for the cadet category. The international women's event will take place at 12:30 pm, the men's international at 14:00 pm and the Spanish mixed relay championship will take place at 11:10 am.

Entrance is totally free of charge, making it a good opportunity to visit Italica and Santiponce.
Registrations are made at cross internacionaldeitalica. es (until Tuesday 16 January at 2 pm or exhaust the quota) and registrations in the popular race has a cost of 6 euros (3 euros are used for solidarity projects).

Santiponce and Italica

Italica played an important strategic role during the Roman Empire and was the first purely Roman city founded in Hispania, where the Roman emperors Trajan and Hadrian were born.
