The Andalusian PP held on 1 and 2 March in Seville extraordinary congress which will appoint a new leader to replace current regional president, Juan Ignacio Zoido .

This is the proposal to be submitted to the Regional Board that meets in Seville with the presence of the general secretary of the PP , María Dolores de Cospedal, and Deputy Secretary of Organization , Carlos Floriano . Previously, Cospedal and Floriano visited a lunch with the president of PP -A and Mayor of Sevilla , Juan Ignacio Zoido, and provincial party presidents in the community , which have also been the general secretary of PP- A, José Luis Sanz, Deputy Secretary of the regional Organization , Ana log, and the National Land Affairs deputy secretary of the president of PP and PP- a, Javier Arenas.
Zoido officially announced last November its decision not to continue as party president in Andalucía to devote himself exclusively to his work as a councilor in Seville .
