The second congress of the IBEMPA will take place in Seville from this September 2 to 06 this year. This conference brings together several conferences among which stand Iberoamerican conference on the benefits of plants, microorganisms and interactions in the environment, Portuguese Hispanic Congress on issues of fixing nitrogen and the annual meeting Latin American concerning the rhizobiology.
