 Between the 5th and 9th of March, Seville is present at ITB Berlin, one of the largest tourism fairs and travel internationally, where more than 10,000 companies in 180 different countries will showcase their products and services. This time the host country will be Mexico, which as a guest country will be responsible for organizing the Inaugural Ceremony, to be held on March 4 at the International Congress Centre. The Mexican country was chosen by the Germans because of the great importance of this Latin American country for tourism and commercial exchange between the two nations. This year the fair will feature a wide participation of Asian and Middle Eastern countries, as it significantly in the new world order of tourism, the UAE along with Thailand, Vietnam and Burma offer excellent opportunities for this type of economy.

The participation of Seville and hence Andalusia at ITB Berlin, will have a large presence of Andalusian entrepreneurs, which will showcase their products.
